Williamsburg Track Club is very different.

I base one-on-one training, online coaching and group practices on the NCAA, Olympic and IAAF coaches who teach, and mentor me. I continually attend education courses and advanced certifications from the respected institutions of our sport.

By maintaining a state-of-the-art level of knowledge in training theory, mechanics and sports science the sessions of the Williamsburg Track Club are different from others.

- Level 2, advanced USAT&F Certifications in the specialties of Endurance, and Youth Coaching. (Most other coaches hold only Level 1)

- USTFCCCA (United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association), The Track & Field Academy, Specialist Certification in Sprints, Hurdles and Relays. (An advanced degree in the science of sport, biomechanics and speed)
