Our coaching staff believes that running is an individual sport and training requires a good deal of care and attentiveness.  It is this personal attention and awareness that we offer to our athletes that we see lacking in other programs.  

We are full-time running coaches, we are not pacers, nor are we employees at a running store who coach on the side.  We know all of our athletes names and we encourage close partnership between the athlete and coach.
